    is it good to go running before a snooker match ? need advice thanks

    I cant see it doing any harm , after any exercise and yoe,ve had a shower you usually feel great and relaxed so pheraps it will get you in a right frame of mind . Never tried it myself though .

              a whole marathon haha i only run a couple of miles but im only playing local league matches nothing big so if it does affect me it wont be anything major lol

                Well I was just kidding
                But running made Ronnie fit compare him now and in 1996 or something!
                Its a very good thing-if you have time do it
                as about snooker-try and see what happens

                    Most important don't overrun.. and you have enough stamina to go through long frames lter

                      Running a short distance can help to burn off a bit of anxiety before playing and help calm you down. Obviously not good to over do it and also to consider the danger of causing an injury that could ruin your game.

                      also a very good idea to leave a gap of around an hour and a half to give your body time to calm down as many people find that they shake a little after a run.

                      If not a run a brisk walk is just as good.:snooker:
