    I hear it a lot that your grip hand should be vertical below your elbow, how does this form?

    Is it part of your stance that helps you achieve this? Or just the grip position.

    This is just a guideline for compactness in you initiel Drill. To expand it a little and as a priority always be sure you are comfortable try Elbow over wrist over instep.:snooker:
