Not much. One or two frames with a team mate, a few long blues.
Oh, and that's a bad miss.

Yeah same here, i think you lose the "hunger" if you practice before a match.
Altho in the one frame shoot out monday night league matches, we all play together as a team for an hour before the match, just a couple of normal frames but we go for every pot to get our eye in (hopefully)

Yep exactly that. Always prefered to stay fresh if you know what I mean which i'm sure you do.

Just a spread(the colours on spots and reds all over the table).
Also worth doing an arm stretch before you start. Pull your arm across your chest at shoulder height and hold for 10 and repeat with other arm. Do this a few times and your arms will feel much more relaxed and free.

i like to hit maybe like 10 balls or so...just to check im cueing straight (normally not lol)....but sometimes ill play a few frames or something, and sometimes ill go straight into a match without doing anything and be fine....all depends on the day really...
what a frustrating, yet addictive game this is....

I'll normally line up a few balls along the blue spot, and try to pot all of them. :snooker:

The best player at my club (147 break) doesn't play from the last game of the league season, until the first frame of the new league season. Then he just carries on from where he left off. Having a Rolls-Royce cue action probably helps.
Oh, and that's a bad miss.
