I am interested in the coaching sessions you are offering at Gloucester Academy. Can you let me know if Sunday 24 April is available please. I would be looking for 3 hours coaching 10am to 1pm then 1pm to 2pm practise time. Could you confirm availability and cost for this session. Also how and when I would pay.

I've been trying to avoid the weekends as much as I can since the Academy is not normally open and would have to bring in staff specially for that day.

However, they have offered to do that but the student has to pay the full 40pounds for the day to the Academy for table time to help defray the wage cost.

So for the session you suggested, 3hrs coaching with me from 10am to 1pm would cost you a flat 60pounds and you would have to pay the Academy the full 40pounds for table time which would be good until 5pm and give you 4 hours practice if you wanted to take advantage of your full payment.

If you book another day during business hours I am paying a full payment for table time so I'm only charging the students 1/2-time for the actual hours coached so in your case on a weekday, for 3hrs it would be 60pounds for the coaching and about another 7pounds for the table time.

Let me know what you would like to do (the Sunday is presently free by the way)

Thanks for your quick response Terry, I am still interested in the Sunday and would like to know if the video technology is available on the weekend as well as the weekdays. The sunday is my birthday which is a birthday present from the wife, we are going to be travelling 200 miles so need to know if the technology will be there on the Sunday.

Yes, the video will be available when we are at the club and if we don't have video analysis software on the computer that's there I can get a freeware one loaded up in minutes (kinovea) so we can do the frame-by-frame analysis which is the absolute best way to see all the glitches in the technique.

More importantly, I need the day you want. Here's what I have open right now with enough time for what you want:

First of all I would suggest a 2hr session to start off with and then if you wanted, do a couple of hours of practice and then later after that a 1hr review for a total of 3hrs coaching from me for 60pounds + 7punds table time.

Open as of this moment:
April 14th, fully booked
April 17th, fully booked
April 18th, open 2pm to 5pm
April 19th, open 2pm to 5pm
April 20th, open 2pm to 5pm
April 21st, fully booked
April 22nd, open 9am to 1pm
April 23rd, fully booked
April 24th, fully booked

As you can see, not many openings left
