Cheers, and I hope to hit my first century this year. Also, you'll like the star tables, very nice to play on though you have to be accurate if they're cut to tournament standards lol was playing on one in a local club here, though if I was to buy, I think I'd still go for an aristocrat as the build quality is better. The main thing is the fast cloth means you never need to hit anything with a lot of power.

Enjoy and let me know how you get on. I'm hoping to alter one of my tables to bring it to a tournament spec to improve on my accuracy. Also other pockets seem like buckets afterwards, so always a nice table to practice on prior to a match lol

Well, at the moment, I've only got one of my own lol, but I'm the captain of both teams in my club where we have another 8 tables, so might make my one tournament spec, then another just slightly bigger pockets, then another 2 with slightly more generous pockets. That way we'll have one table to improve accuracy, one between accuracy and confidence building, then 2 for confidence... all just for the teams

I've just bought 4 sets of tournament lighting for the place, already one set of under slate heaters with another 3 sets to buy. When I'm done, I'm hoping it will be the best venue over here to practice.

They ARE tournament tables. WSA play tournaments on them so yes they're cut to WSA tournament templates. They were fitted by the World Snooker fitters.

Nice Janie, thanks for the info. Not sure if the star table I played on was as it almost seemed too easy in comparison to my mates Riley table, but then again, maybe I was just concentrating properly lol

Also, Cally, it's not as easy as it sounds, hence the reason I've been buying everything lol if only getting the owners to dig a little deeper into their pockets, things might get done a little faster
