Losing my mind

Quick update...... I got the Inner game off ebay for £2.70 and im about half way through.. It is a breath of fresh air and although I havent had any breaks as such what I have done is beat a mate 6-1 when we usually share the spoils ........... I found that when I tried to just play I wasnt worried about him or his shots.I am more relaxed and enjoying the game..

Thanks again and I will let you know how it goe's when i finish the book and put it into action.

I'm very happy for you, Drac There's nothing like enjoying the game (even if you lose the odd session here & there)
