Yes I am just getting used to this site. I could see how old it was but I am not sure how everything works on here yet.

Two useful clicks Richard, "today's posts" top left on the site page is good for seeing what's going on recently. Then if you click the forums tab (top left blue tab) that brings up a useful page where again just below there is a link which says "latest activity" when you select that the long grey bar underneath has a filter at the end which allows you to select " today, last week, last month"

Simple stuff and you've probably worked it out by now anyway but they are two simple ways to catch up on what's being discussed and the updates etc.
