Slow down your feathering, final backswing and delivery. You are a little the fast and jerky , slow and smooth.
Try playing 5 mins with your cue action in slow motion dont worry about the pot.

Have to agree with Theguywithaplan. Unless you want to get REALLY textbook ( as the above post advocates ), slow down, and work on a front pause. Everything looks pretty straight to me.

It also looks fine to me and agree with what the others have said. How about a shot front on and from your right side.

Yes his action is straight but when under pressure a fast action might put a touch of spin on and miss the pot.

A lot of the asian players actually play with a similar speed of feathers and backswing to him. Watch Ding or Liang Wenbo when you next get the chance.

I agree with the comments already made. Your feathering is about twice the speed it should be and a front pause before the final backswing would help.

Your pre-shot routine is a little out of the ordinary however it doesn't seem to bother you. I noticed your head actually comes onto the line of aim a little from the right.

You should place your right foot on the line of aim first, somewhere between the toes and the arch of the foot should be on the line of aim and directly under your grip hand when in the address position.

If you can, take a shot from the right side which shows the head, top of elbow, grip hand and also the feet. Also try and take a few shots from directly ahead of the shot so we can see the actual line of delivery, although as you made 2 or the 3 pots and were close on the 3rd I don't think there is much wrong

how about my grip? did I close it too early or grip it too tight?

Here's a thought about quick feathering, which might prove to be nonsense but it's a problem that I had about a year ago. While playing pool, I did my feathering at about the same pace as you do. I didn't mind it then, and I couldn't really play at all so I didn't bother about it. But now that I'm actually trying to get better, the old quick style I used to have has left me an awkward problem. When in address position, and during feathering, I have about an inch between the cue tip and the cueball. This is directly a result of feathering superfast for some years (kind of like subconsciously leaving it further to avoid a foul). That of course results in less follow through, jabbing the cueball etc. Now I'm trying to change this, and I have to feather so slow I could make a cup of coffee before the shot.

Because you are so much better than me you probably don't have this issue, but it's something to be careful about.
