It looks to me your shoulder is fine but your elbow hangs in a bit. This is exactly the same as Higgins and Hendry so you are in good company and I wouldn't worry about it as you have more serious flaws in your technique.

Your backswing and delivery is VERY fast and should be slowed right down so they are smooth and consistent.

Also, you should only use the cueball as a cueball as it is considered very poor conduct to use another ball as a cueball and also can damage the balls.

          Terry,

But my shoulder isn't behind the head. I am very concern this problem.
since my shoulder , elbow are not on the straight line that make my cue action not straight.

Well, I don't thinbk it's much of a problem however if you are worried about it then you must correct it for your own peace of mind. Therefore, get the left armpit down as low as you can to the table and this will in turn have the effect of helping to raise the right shoulder. But in order to get it right behind the head and hidden in a straight-on camera shot you will have to also raise the right shoulder up as far as you comfortably can and also into the middle of your back as much as you comfortably can (some people just don't have the physique and flexability to do this, especially older players).

Getting the shoulder more into the back will have the effect of dragging the elbow more into the centre of the back so you will have to get that aligned also and this is normally controlled by the grip but sometimes a person can have a nice grip with the thumb pointed straight at the floor and the wrist cocked a bit and still have the elbow hanging in a bit (like Higgins and Hendry). Don't worry too much if the elbow hangs either in or out a bit but no more than an inch or so.

Set up a mirror on the baulkline so you can see the cue up to your elbow and work on getting this aligned and COMFORTABLE too!!!
