Playing Quickly.....

Ive experimented for a while now, and have come to the conclusion that i play much more naturally when i play quickly....... however, the problem im finding is that as a result, im becoming lazy on easy shots, or im losing concentration quickly and thus making silly mistakes. How do you erradicate these issues without comprimising the speed and flow of my game???

I guess you have to recognise when you consider a shot "easy", and tell yourself to just take a little bit more time on those.
