Absolute nonsense, coaching can help anyone and I speak as someone who has listened over the last two months to the sages herein, and yes, it's improved my game about 100%. In practice I potted a long blue with the cue ball over the baulk pocket. There is no way I could have done that before because my technique was awful. It still isn't perfect but I'm looking forward to improving it further. Coaching not only improves your game, it makes you happier with the results and makes snooker more enjoyable. More smiles, less swearing and frustration; that has to be worth it. I'm listening to the guys on here, then trying to change things myself, so it's virtual coaching. Me and a mate are going to see his coach soon, my first real life coaching session. I only wish it was possible to have time with Terry or Nrage etc, as I trust them from the discussion on TSF and they get my vote.

Just think about this, ROS used a coach and just reclaimed the world title. Hendry and co. have always had coaches. They're all over 16 years of age!
Harder than you think is a beautiful thing.

Try to concentrate on the position of your cue ball .. Try to bring it in line and perfectly close to the next object ball !!!
