    hello all

    I have made a video of one of my breaks i have made. i feel i have made a few steps forward and if anyone on here could take a look and comment here with some advice or suggestions as to other aspects to improve.

    body movement

    Not staying down on shot too much body movement on the shot's.

      Also dont take this the wrong way...but keeping yourself fit helps your game as well,you are restricting your game being a bit overweight espeacially when stretching over ball's you will find at the moment you have to use the rest alot more then usual.

        It's a good break Adrian. Well done. Only comment I would say is the shot from yellow to red could have been played differently although you recovered well. It looks like a 3/4 ball yellow from the video angle which tells me you could have stunned to the side cushion, come around the red and played for a red to left corner (left relative to the camera).

          You've got a nice cue action, mate.

          You address the cue ball very deliberately. I would be tempted to loosen that up a little, give a bit more freedom and rhythm to your cueing arm. Also, you could probably get away with speeding up a fraction.

            Nice break, keep practicing more shots with the rest it will help, that was a quite easy pot that kept you from going further
