Hopefully someone on here knows someone, that's always a good way to go as word of mouth tends to be fairly honest - tho opinions can always vary.
There is a new site dedicated to listing coaches.. so, there aren't a lot on there yet, but if you check back later, maybe.. http://www.snookercoach.ws/
Other than that, try googling for snooker coaching, you never know.

1. EASB don't have any staff, all work is done by volunteers.
2. As far as I know there is only one EASB director who *occasionally* posts on these forums (VERY sporadic posting but on a couple of threads over the last week).
3. Are you emailing the right person? General enquiries should go to secretary@englishsnooker.com All directors and some others involved with EASB have official EASB addresses in the format initial.surname@englishsnooker.com so if you know who you want to contact, that's the best way.
I saw Matt Couch at Tradewell club in Hull. He lives over the humber bridge near Scunthorpe I think but will travel within reason. He helped me sort out my stance and gave some good advice on cueing etc. Think he is or was a top 64 player and advertises on eBay. The prices on there are quite expensive but he did me a 4 hour session for £80. Will be seeing him again once I sort out what he showed me last time
