Sounds like a rotator cuff nerve issue. When you put put pressure on your shoulder like that the muscles tense up and release when the pressure goes. However after a while the muscles get tired of contracting and releasing so they just stay contracted which "pinches" the nerve and gives you the pain. My only advice would be to apply an anti-inflammatory cream and heat pack to the shoulder. With the cream and heat pack in place, slowly rotate your shoulder which should allow the muscles to relax and take the pressure off the nerve. Bear in mind though that I'm only going on what you described and without being able to see you I'm unable to give a definitive diagnosis or treatment plan. I hope this helps.

For an anti-inflammatory I would suggest something like Reparil Gel, Voltaren Gel or Nurofen Gel. Deep Heat is more of a short term solution and doesn't work on everyone. Get a wheat pack or gel pack that you can put in the microwave to heat up, (You should be able to get all of this from your chemist). If you can't find those gels, let me know what you can find. I should be able to make a recommendation for you if you need.
I hope this helps, but again without being able to see you I can only offer advice. This is by no means a definitive diagnosis.
