    See my response on thesnookergym site to you. Basically, you have to teach yourself to cue from the elbow ONLY and don't allow the shoulder muscle and upper arm come into the delivery until AFTER the cueball has been struck. It appears you dropping the upper arm to the left has become natural to you and it will take lots of work in front of a mirror to get it corrected.

      I have a similar problem. The grip hand moves away from the body and back again on the shot. I've found that a loose grip helps. Also, I think I sometimes subconsciously cue around my chest, or around my hip. It's as if my brain is convinced I'm going to bump into one or the other and is trying to get my grip hand around them both.
