Have you seen Nic Barrow's recent head cam video?

On a few shots you don't stay down as long as on others, I think you want to be more consistent with that.

.. aside from that you look very professional.

Yeah I have, and that's something I was thinking about, perhaps it doesn't help that it's only practise? I also did actually have a day of coaching with Nic and he kept mentioning I should stay down until the shot has finished. He also said it will make opponents instantly believe you're a good player!

Yeah, it'll get right inside their heads!

Perhaps a touch too much cue over the bridge, causing you to dip through the ball a touch.

I wouldn't worry. You look a solid little player already and will improve through practice as your fundamentals look sound.

When you're completing the lineup, try to have 4/5 balls below the black if you can. When you reach the standard you're at, the lineup with less than that is too easy to do anything other than get your arm going.

          Nice one.

Nice. Maybe a back-pause and harder routines. Should really be doing line-ups sequentially as well as maxes for a couple of months or so. enjoy

              Is that your home table?

OK thanks a lot, am going to work on the back pause. Yeah I don't do line ups too often anymore as im getting centuries easily now, 5-6-4, so very few between pink and blue? Any other good routines I should be trying?
Yes, it's my own table, I was playing a few times a week for about a year and a half, then my parents gave me a choice between a car when I'm 17, or a table. Only one correct answer! I'm very lucky, i know!
                Thanks

You have the opportunity to practice. Any flaws in your technique will likely iron themselves out as you improve over time.

Just keep taking up that opportunity to practice.

P.S do you find that all the pictures ever distract you as you play? I am deciding how best to decorate my room as I am not satisfied with the pretty paint my missus picked out.

Nope, never even look at them, cept maybe when an opponent is at the table! And I'm very easily distracted, so you won't notice! All my Dad's stuff lol probably as there's so many, they blend into each other, if there was like 5 pics, maybe i could get distracted...

I'm thinking of having a graffiti artist come in and paint an entire wall with something like a snooker club backdrop.

Just on the one wall to start with and then I could guage whether or not to have the whole room done.

I just haven't seen the right image to make me go for it.

I'm thinking more dark and dingy. More a snooker club than a tournament arena. I have seen a few pics I like, but perhaps I'm after something that only exists in my mind?
