Cliff is in Toronto now, I ran into him at the Monte Carlo on Monday night. His website is on 'snookerline.com' in the 'Links' section and you can contact him there however, as you said, he is expensive.
If you are interested Monte Carlo in Mississauga has a very active 6-red handicapped tourney on Monday nights starting around 7pm. $30 entry and best of 3, no MISS rule. I made the semis 2 weeks ago and lost my first match to a high handicapper (+32) this past Monday. The tables are VERY TIGHT Rileys.

Snooker is all about staying positive and to get better at it you must search, strive. It don't just come knocking.
