    Sidd,

What about a good view video of you trying to clear the colours or of course clearing the colours then carrying on going from black back up to yellow and trying to run them again..Just a thought..

Then we could see not only your technique but overall approach as you play little stun, run and screw shots.
I think its a great idea. Will surely do so... Thanks !

Good idea. Let's see. I might not be able to clear the colours on the new tables I am playing these days. But worth a try ... will film that as well !!!

          Sidd:

If you have a way to rent or borrow a good digital camera with a tripod that definitely gives the best possible video as it's stable and the quality is much better than just using your cellphone. I use this type of set-up here at my facility and then use Kinovea to analyse or sometimes I will use Dartfish but it's very clunky to use and also very expensive.

As long as we get some head-on shots showing from elbow to 6in in front of cueball and then a side view from the left showing from grip hand to top of elbow. All shots should be medium pace or above. When you do the frame-by-frame you will be quite surprised at what you see, but don't panic.

If I can figure out how to save your video to my hard drive off of here then I would be able to analyse it properly.

            Dear Terry,

Thank you so very much for all your sincere concern. I am really lucky to know such a generous and kind man.

I did the video recording yesterday afternoon with my mobile phone. yes shaky but quality is ok. I will upload it right away and share on the forum so that you can comment and others as well. Based on your comments and expert advice I shall improve on areas highlighted and after some time I will do a digital camera on a tripod video as well and share again so that you can analyse. There is a simple software free on internet which enables you to downloads any video off youtube so that is not a trouble.

For the time being, I can upload what I have (doing it right now) in a new thread.

            Best regards,
            Sidd

Don't see a new thread with a video anywhere.

Yes Coach. It isnt done yet. I am not getting through with the uploads at the moment. Youtube is blocked in Pakistan by the government, although you can browse through proxy server software but can not upload a video. I tried for several hours without luck. Now I am uploading on Vimeo but it publishes a video after 48 hours of upload. i guess by tomorrow my thread will be done !!!

                Sick of it really.

does anyone know of another good video hosting site (free) which is fast ???
