Have you checked the WPBSA coaching website? They have qualified coaches but I don't know how many from Australia.

there are two listed but iirc they are on the wrong side of the continent from Adelaide

I don't know of any coaches in Adelaide, but Robby Foldvari is in Melbourne. I flew from Sydney to Melbourne for a week of coaching last year and also get an hour or two when I go to Melbourne to watch the Sydney Swans play at the MCG. Well worth it!

So if you are heading to Melbourne for a weekend it might be your best bet.
