    Anyone know where I can find an explanation of C to E - the stuff I've found online is quite confusing I find

    Anyone use this technique?:smile-new::smile-new:

      The pool forums (not the one on this site) have discussed this ad nauseam. I would not recommend all of the pivoting while down in your stance that CTE involves. I would think the most useful version of the technique for snooker would be Pro 1, as it's entirely a visual system, if i understand it correctly. Though i do not use either system, nor have I studied it so I can't really comment on it's effectiveness. But in theory it seems to assist the player in aligning their body and cue to the appropriate angle, which is likely why many players find so much success with it.

        perhaps have a read of Dr Dave Alciatore's superb website ... here's his article about aiming systems including centre-to-edge ...

        I haven't read it myself but it looks interesting (as Dr Dave always is) so hopefully I'll find the time tomorrow ... hope this helps
