So the fact I consider missing shots or going in off as a silly mistake...... that is causing you the issue. We all know missing balls if either technical or not concentrating correctly etc. I consider them silly mistake coz in my mind they should not happen. I really dont get your issue.......... besides sitting behind a keyboard arguing over issues that aint there!!! If it makes you happy the re edit the first post to refer to improving concentration. .... that make you happy??

I agree. I think if your serious, you need to have at least half a dozen sessions with a good coach. If anything to decipher the 'self interest rubbish' from the good info on tsf.
