  • Head lifting no more why?

Normally I played with a very long bridge and a grip right at the end of the cue. On video i notice a slight upper body/head lift just as I started my stroke.
I worked on getting rid of the lift for quite a while and got rid of it mostly but not completely.
Anyway I left that behind but recently I decided the long bridge had to go so I moved my grip and shortened the bridge.
It's been a week of hard work getting it burned in but I am feeling more in control so I feel I am on the right track, odd thing is I watched the video back of my sessions and noticed my lift is totally gone WTH!!
I'm usually pretty good at understanding the mechanics but I can't figure why this would happen, any ideas?
    Thanks

Sometimes its just to do with being confident on a shot you know. And also with the hard work you say you have been doing (practice is the best teacher) you must have it in-built in you now
