        No, not really. I've been around those pool guys a lot. While all of them admire top snooker players and watch a lot of it on TV, none take the time to work specifically on cueing fundamentals...not even excellent 9ballers. This is why you see that see saw cue action of theirs very often. They think that learning proper snooker style is too time consuming and not really beneficial on more generous pockets.
        Of course, I can only speak for those players that I know personally.

          World Eight Ball Federation - 800-850 (31.5"-33.5")

          so a pool table could be 2" lower that the lowest snooker table; that is of course if the tables are correctly adjusted
