I have a few hernias . In some tournaments I had to give up. and that already cost me first place in the rankings a season ago . only thing is a surgery for me. But will it be better or worse after. just go on like I'm doing now.

I've had 3 hernia repairs and except for a bit of mild pain and stiffness initially they don't bother me at all now

I'm glad for you, but every back is different. The dokters advice me to wait as long as possible for surgery. you can see in the video that I can bent my back without a lot of discomfort. its just that I can't stand with a hollow back . I'm a bit more of the table

Perhaps widening the stance a few inches would help? If you can also bend the forward leg a bit more to increase the angle of the hips this will mean you need less of a twist in your spine to get the grip arm shoulder up.
