Learn to put it in your pocket and try to chalk on every shot, no matter how easy. This will improve your pre shot routine and also make you feel more like a real snooker player.
Ah very good point! I really do hate chalking haha.....definitely a habit I need to fix, cheers.

If you do come to see me I have been collecting chalk pouches for the last little while and just bought 2 from Dave Coutts which cost around $12 each so I can fix you up. I didn't check your video but I also have a small collection of cues which I'm trying to sell off. Couple of good ones and some average ones but all have passed my acid test

No I am in Cayuga. I am about 1-1/2 hours from Master Q. It's a good drive taking the 407 all the way.

I did'nt say that. !!!!! ,, As for your statement : Yes there are indeed players (coaches) who think that you have to follow OB with ur eyes until he falls into the pocket (Or Not) !! That gives your brain a F back about what you are doing !!! However , that is not the way I do it !! I keep looking at the Tip of the cue ( after the OB is gone). I forget about the pocket and the path of the OB to The pocket !!! is a matter of personal preference. I do'nt think you can lead the OB with your eyes in to The pocket !!! . But if that works for you, then you should keep doing that,, why Not !!!!!!

Ive linked a video to one of my half century breaks, could you guys please watch it and critique my technique? Is my cue action / stroke faulty? Please advise on anything you think I should change or do differently to improve. Thank you

Yes still working on a year of demons creeping in. Much harder to get them out then it was to let them in.

                          OmaMiesta:

You been playing for 1 year then on 2?

In this thread you said 1 year, but in your introduction thread, you said 2?
