Thanks, j6 I know I have gone backwards by not listening to you, TD and others but now it's straight a head.

                  I am buying $1000 broom from ADR . . . 147 here I come.

My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins.
                  I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)

Sounds good make that two of those $1,000 brooms....LOL I am getting there and will continue my challenges and work on previous ones. My goal is to go over and over until I can do each challenge within three attempts.

                    • A friend suggested that a good idea for practice to is to get 5, 10 or 20 coins in a start pile. For each attempt that is successful (e.g. practicing potting a long blue), put a coin into the heads pile. For each miss, put a coin into the tails pile. Try to get as many coins in the heads pile as possible. It helps to increase the desire to beat your best score.

You could also do this with a friend, they get to keep your tails pile and you get to keep their tails pile.

                      Repeat!

                      Hope it helps

It's a great video to demonstrate position just using the centre of the white. I tend to use screw far too much.

Yeah he is forced to play very simple shots. Might actually be a useful exercise to try practicing with the butt of my cue for 30 minutes. :P

Let me know how you make out. I think I will stick to the proper end.... this game is tough enough. Back to the practice table this afternoon. TD and myself are running our first tournament tomorrow. http://www.ontariosnooker.club

I'm jealous. There is nothing like that near me. Makes me want to fly to Ontario for a couple of days just to participate.
