        • I agree with the better players putting videos on because if your going to be disrespectful and slag off twenty+ breakers as J6 does it would be nice to see how him,Hendry,Ronnie etc approach these exercises
It's hard to pot balls with a Chimpanzee tea party going on in your head

I look forward to your video. I hope to have enough time to get one up tomorrow night. I would really like to see someone post a video that can run 50 just so I can see what they do so different. Maybe TD will join in.

                    • Far as I know, J6/vmax/and Terry, give their advice here on the coaching section. And they do that already for a long time!! My concern is not whether a player can potts a few balls or not!! but his attitude!! and the way that he looks at the game!! Some players play snooker just as they drink a glass of wine. You don't see any tension in their cue action and body. Total relax!! and no effort!! There are also players who actually can pot a few balls but they just like a Robat!! that says something about the level of the player!! I saw the movie of J6 in other thread, and imo, he is an experienced
snooker player. I do'nt know him.. is just my opinion. The point is, he wants to help. Is nothing wrong with that !! I love the way he looks at the game !!
BTW,,,, as for the blackspot practice!! I heard from a coach, useing cutions is the intention. You have to learn to keep the CB in the area of Black spot and without useing Cutions is impossible keep doing that and let urself a good position each time !! I did it ones!! my highest record was 2 times!!!
anyway ,,,, thanks to J6 / Vmax / Terry and also other members . Hopefully we can learn something !!!

Yes I agree, it is not easy to get up over 20, if I reach 30 by Sunday I will know I have really improved. That's the goal I have set. I look back to just before Ted started this challenge and I posted a half hour video of me trying to run the colours and it never happened. Now I start by running the colours and then move to the 4 red routine and then the T then onto Blacks off the spot. Teds structured routines have given me a positive train of thought and a reason to practice.

Tell me about it, today was brutal, four pages of pure garbage. I enjoy reading and watching videos on here in regards to each individual's achomplishments in the different challenges and what they find easy or tough. Hopefully the bickering is done and the posts will be filled with useful information.

                            • I hope to post a vid of the black routine soon. I find it very tough, which is good because it's an obvious area to improve. The pockets on my table are unreasonably tight though, which makes it even harder. So many shots which I know are supposed to go in but bounce out. Would really like to upgrade my table to proper pocket templates at some point, but doing that is much easier said than done from the USA!

EDIT: Not using that as an excuse. I will be working on this challenge very diligently.

Les if i may say something here !! , coaching is not about love!! Is all about discipline!! Sometimes you need someone who'll kik ur ass !! ( sorry to say so ) Doesn't sound nice, but finally it works!! the result is the most important!! and that's what J6 does here. You might not like it. but that's for your best. his intention is not to take you down. You can take that advice along with advice from other members and make a something good of it. Anyway,, I wish you luck and enjoy ur game!! Try to enjoy ur game !!!
