leo, you know what you said was wrong and that's the end of it. As I said before, Les clearly has confidence issues and all you have done is put the guy down. He came on here looking for help and you didn't help. Especially with your last comment to him.
my advice on basic routines will do Les a lot more good than you telling him that he won't get any better and to just accept it.
