Getting a snooker table!

I have sent an email to Terry to see what he thinks. I had one 52 against my son and I cannot recall if I have been over 24 in two years. I have played roughly 24 matches in the past two years. All 4-7 I have won one match and eight games in total. I normally drive 1-1/2 hours to get there then I get beat 4-0 and back in my truck in an hour. So you can guess I am a red player. Most of our red players can run 16 maybe 24 very seldom will we see a red player even run a 40. It's a tough decision but I am willing to put you in as a red for the first one. We will see what Terry says.

No he just works with me when I need him. He has a farm with over 30 Shetland ponies. He has an all American stud that they won with two years ago in Oklahoma. He also trains other Shetlands for clients.

Progressing really well Oma, your game looks in good shape. Plenty of time to enter tournaments when your ready, just keep on enjoying your snooker.

First post here. Thanks for a great forum. I've been planing to buy a 6 or 7 ft snooker diner (no space for a bigger one), but a friend of mine claims it is waste of money and has absolutley nothing to do with snooker. Obviously smaller table affects the game, but I would be interested to hear about experiences with small tables. Have you been able to improve youre game on a smaller table? Or should i forget the whole idea?

Just my own opinion but I would think any table is better then nothing. At least you can work on your cyeing example Stun, Follow & Screw.

I agree, the fundamentals are the same regardless of size. You can still work on your cue action and break building as the angles are more or less exactly the same.

I learnt a lot on a smaller size table before I got round to buying my full size table.
