I prefer to play on tight pockets coz I can pot on them and poorer players can't...

I'd love to get over and give you a game and in the school holidays I promise to...
My personal circumstances don't allow for much levity right now, but I get work respite when my school contracts lay dormant...

Not to give it the big **** you but I have made a 78 of the break in a pairs match...

Tom Walker can back me up here. Me and my (former) pairs partner dave, operate a zero safety policy in our pairs play... Every shot must be an attempt at a pot... No matter the stake...

A couple of years ago at the Atack I made a 78 off the break on one of the Stars...

We lost that frame too! Lmao

EDIT... Just been told it was 71... I am such a lying ******* x

        Explain 'pro cups' please.

As for your action, cue arm behind the vertical at address like Hawkins, shoulder drop on long backswing like Higgins, slight head movement on the delivery stroke though, could be that's when you flick your eyes to the object ball, probable reason why you missed the first long red as that movement was more pronounced.

I missed that long red coz it was my first shot of the day and I was stiff.

I missed the pink coz I was angry the side didn't take.

I missed the ones down the cushion coz they were pissing hard

          Everyone misses dude

Pro cups aren't the same weight or density of the aramith premiers... I rarely had a session at pool but after a while I'd be unplayable coz the only difference between pool and snooker balls where the proportions...

These pro cups are so responsive that I have to stab at the ball or I generate too much spin... Which is a shame coz I loved playing pool... But they've made them like this now and I don't want two different cue actions to play pool and snooker alike.

This is not a smash break though. Its played with the tiniest amount more pace than a normal break off shot. Covering the reds in baulk should the red not drop.
                    Great when it comes off!!!

I thought you meant creaming the pack

Cool... I'll give it a go. Might be next weekend though as the kids are taking this whale swimming later.

Suppose that's the joys of being self employed. Take time off when you like but you don't get paid

Gosh pottr, with all those flaws in your technique I just don't know how you ever pot a ball! Must be magic or maybe great film editing...lol

Don't worry, they say the same thing about me and still every once in awhile I manage the odd century although they're few and far between these days as I'm only putting in about 2hrs a day if that.
