Had a couple of goes to work out which one to take first and then set to filming...

Gonna have a bite to eat and then tackle the other one... The 5 reds and blacks in sequence...

    Here's the other one...

Not happy with it... But it was first take...

Fourth black makes the pockets look bigger than they are.

Great to watch Jack. A genuine good player and you seem just to play simple shots well and not confuse yourself or others by overthinking the game. Find line of aim, get down, cue straight, pot ball, simple!

The last red with the rest was very nice! Also are you playing with a damn bar cue haha?

I thought that one was a long potting thing, where you just pick the cueball up and put it back on the baulk line after every shot? Impressive either way though

that's what I normally do...... but doing what Pottr did was way WAY WAY tougher

Tougher yes, but if it's a long potting/straight cueing routine then it should be long potting. What pottr did was more rest practice than anything else.

Just because I like seeing his vids, I demand this is done properly, otherwise it's a fail

I agree with other posters, I must admit when I see the video of pottr getting the rest out and potting a red in the corner pocket I kind of thought he's got a little mixed up on the routine here.

                          Tough crowd...

It will have to wait but I'll give the other one a bash.

The 1st video, 3rd red was interesting to see the back of Jack's T-shirt though!

The 2nd video is how I do the line-up normally but I try and take them in order with the one on the cushion being first. That 4th black though was a nice cannon and any harder the black wouldn't have gone in.

I did think the first exercise was to place the cueball on the baulkline by hand after each shot. I prefer to spread about 12 reds across the blue spot and place cueball by hand and try and screw back to the baulkline each shot. As you get closer to the middle pocket they get harder though.

i tried the Pottr exercise 5 reds below the black, once i got the angles sussed i was pretty pleased with my efforts getting 4 most times, just couldn't get a nice angle on the last one.
my best effort had the last red stop in the jaws of the pocket, another quarter roll it would have dropped and i would have got it.
nice exercise really made me concentrate more.

                              here is my effort https://youtu.be/4g26on2ba64
