When you play the stun shot, or the screw or the top spin with pace, listen or get someone to listen for............................................
Le Clic. It is a high pitched click, a very clean contact between balls. This is the sound of cueing well and hitting the ball correctly.

When you play the plain ball shot or the dead drop, listen again; there should be as little noise on contact as possible. This is the right sound from the right cueing.

If you don't hear these sounds, you're not cueing as well as you could.

Nic Barrow does this exercise and he also has a very good one where he plays at 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 shot while the student is turned around and asks the student which one it was. I was surprised that I could tell the difference easily and this was with the 1G balls too.

The only problem I have is he has an 'expert' opinion on virtually any subject. I guess he knows IT a bit too as I would have no idea how to set up an anonymous IP address (on the other hand...why bother?)

Its as easy as 1,2,3 there are loads of downloadable proxys but by just typing on a web hosted proxy he can hide his ip address, thats how certain people can watch streamed content thats being barred in great britain.
