Hi j6uk. Nice video demonstration. Can you show us your 51 clearance drills? Can be found on pottr's posts. Please do both types...

Anyone who can post a video of both drills is in my eyes a competent player. Also it proves to lesser players that these drills are not only achievable, but they are also a good gauge of where people's ability level currently stands! Consecutively clearing them is another level! It would also nicely merge into the colour clearance!

I bet the 51 drills are tough on your tight table mate? I agree with the above, if you're completing those clearances then you've got ability.

I agree, when I start clearing the colours 3 consecutive times I will be happy. This has already been said, it is much harder then it looks.

Absolutely drained that final red into the middle, and controlled the screw off the cushion to hold for ideal position on the black. Lovely shot. Oh to be able to get down and be better than evens for that sort of shot.....

51s, with back2back attempt. but strggling with black to yellow for the colors so, work to be done

You made a bit of a horlicks positionally on the first one, but you potted everything.....the brown in to the middle was a top shot. Then foul, and foul....maybe time for a tuca refresher?

It's very admirable how you put yourself up there though, warts and all.....when everything comes together you're as good as I've seen. That you can also share the cockups, that the rest of us make a bit more often than you, shows a well grounded humility.

I find your stuff immensely helpful. You are the most generous contributor here.

I tell you J6 you can pot, positional play shocking...lol

I give you credit some of the pots especially in that 3rd vid were , well lets say unconventional but they went in.
getting a bit close to the white a few times , I do that sometimes I have my tip only a few mm from the white and can on occasions touch.
I have to get up when I do that in practice.

keep em coming , great stuff

this new cue is 58.25" and my playing cue is 57". this also has far more give so im fighting with it at times. playing with side is hit and hope at the moment cus its throwing the white into the ob. playing a mid range half ball shot with pace im aiming to miss the ob it throws that much. like it though

                              essential shots next..
