My take on it is, it doesn't matter where the white goes , or seeing his head etc, he's showing you how to play the shot, it's the idea behind it that he's explaining, it's more important to see where and how he's hitting the cue ball, than how any particular shot has ended up. It doesn't matter how good you are you wont always get lucky when going into the pack, so seeing where any individual effort ends up isn't really important, but seeing how to play the shot is, that's why the camera has zoomed into just the cue the pack and cue ball.This is how you play darts ,MVG two nines in the same match!

Lessons learned for me:
- long distance shots - no slow rolling. Please, stop it. Seriously. Absolute no-no. Learn your stun run through. Stop being scared of it.
- use the baulk colours - stop trying to stay on high valued colour when angle isn't there
