Nothing to pick apart there my friend, keep it up, but I see you wear everyday specs; so are you long sighted and need the specs to sight the cue ball ? or are you short sighted and cannot see the object ball clearly when down in your stance ?
thank you, ive worn glasses all my life, i have a squint in my right eye, sighting the balls isn't much of a problem its due the the way my eye behaves, im short sighted, maybe i should look into some Dennis Taylor Glasses!!

Can you see a definite outside edge of the object ball when down in your stance, especially on long shots and safeties from baulk; I can't as I'm also short sighted and need proper snooker glasses. Then again my sight is so bad I couldn't recognise my own brother from ten feet away
hahaha, no to be honest i can see the object ball edges quite clearly, are snooker glasses hard to get hold of and also dependent on prescriptions as to whether you can get them?

Have you considered laser eye surgery ? Not for everyone but I had mine done around 6 years ago and it's probably the best money I've ever spent.
i did have a consultation with regards to Laser surgery but due to a squint they said it would correct my vision but would stopped my eye from turning thank you though.

You must be looking through your lenses then. I'm six foot two and when down in my stance I'm looking over the top of the lenses in my everyday specs and can't see a thing further than three feet away. Snooker specs aren't difficult to get hold of but a good pair is expensive, mine cost me £250.

Try Rockspex for Snooker glasses. The rimless are the best. If you ask they'll make them "extra deep" ie a lense of 57mm which helps you to sight without looking over the top of the lense.
