heres a couple of my favorite routines: sequential line https://youtu.be/3b1ijQdMX2k, 100 blacks https://youtu.be/uIBLNk5NWDY.. but when i was playing and working on my game, one of my best achievements was completing the fergal O'Brien practice workout: http://fergalobrien.ie/practice.html

One of the best practice routines out there. I always had a problem with the 7-red routine. As to the OP's question on cue length over bridge it really makes not a lot of difference as on longer pots you have more cue to aim with but your delivery has to be solid with 14" or so out there. Jimmy White used to have a lot of cue out there and he was one of the best long potters in the game.

I think what you'll find if you observe yourself is when you have shorter shots you will unconsciously have less cue out past the 'V' and this is normal for most players. You'll see this happen with a lot of the pros and I don't think it's something you have to worry about a lot.

Nice technique and yes you do have a lot of cue out there but nice smooth backswing and delivery.

good routines here - the sequential line up is one I do - first saw Hendry doing this and I like the ding ap routines free download on apple ....good suggestions here I think given your standard - it will help challenge you and move on to the next level rather than just stay with the same old things

Only thing I noticed is, you'd improve your timing a bit more if you got through the ball more. It looks like you are practically finishing at or just beyond the cue ball. Watch J6's line up and you should see what I mean, his cue comes to a natural finish accelerating up to the cue ball.

You already have a routine and good cueing, the added timing should help.

sequential line up just noticed is not the one I do - sorry did not look at the video - I do the other one where you have to take one red in corner to make the other red available in opposite corner...try and find ...

Ok edit found the routines I do here##
