Hi,
One of the most elusive stroking elements is wrist flicking.
This leads me to a couple of questions:
1) Does the wrist flick both back and forward, or back to closed?
What I mean is does it go all the way back and then return to its default middle position or all the way back and then all the way forward?
2) I reckon the answer to 1) is yes, but on my final stroke on a shot which would need say deep screw, would I snap the wrist with a bit more conviction from its back position rather than gently cocking the wrist back and forth?
I'm trying to fit all this into my now regular practise. I did see a video on youtube by some snooker coach on wrist cocking but, as informative as it was, it didn't answer everything for me.
Thanks
