I found a mirror helpful at one point and, a mate to spot with before sparing.
I just do it now on my lone for 10-15 before getting down to practice. I start slowly, imagining shots in real time play, then I'd build up to power shots. I call it s,m,L,XL. After 5-10min I'm bang on that line, ready to go and itching to pot some balls

Yeah Iv responded to these other posts Well as I say I don't get it at all, unless your even sighted and, even if you were I wouldn't use it!
I go into the shot with my nose at one oclock 'not cus its been bashed that way' but because I sight under my left eye.
