      thanks
another problem i felt that i often do is that i tend to change my cueing style i mean the way i address the ball whenever im not playing well during a match and in practice too,any advice on that.

Good post above 1lawyer. I would reccommend some time away from the game to re-focus as I always find this helps my game. Dont over complicate things and maybe cut back on your practice slightly as no-one likes to leave their best snooker on the practice table. If you are making 100+'s in practice then your problem seems to be a mental one opposed to a problem with your actual game.
Always play snooker with a smile on your face...You never know when you'll pot your last ball.

nearly as good a comment as Eric Cantona's "seagulls don't flock over a fishing boat going out to sea" ...

my advice ... playing only once a week with a high-break of only 25 ... enjoy *playing* the game and try to hit the little ****ers in the holes ...

very difficult in my opinion but well worth trying ... but enjoy the game anyway

Yes that was a classic quote I noticed as well. Mainly due to the fact I have the final session of the UK final on my sky+. There is another interesting piece in the mid session interval about Prestatyn. lol

But anyway, that was a great quote everyone can relate to.
