i think i need some help,in a recent local tournament i lost a pre lim round 2-0 where i was the favorite to win the tournament and was making centuries at will in practice,i simply dont know what went wrong i missed just one long pot in the first frame and went into a coma,probably i was thinking too much about the next round which was a bit tough,please help me out,its happening again and again,im losing confidence in myself.

Good post above 1lawyer. I would reccommend some time away from the game to re-focus as I always find this helps my game. Dont over complicate things and maybe cut back on your practice slightly as no-one likes to leave their best snooker on the practice table. If you are making 100+'s in practice then your problem seems to be a mental one opposed to a problem with your actual game.Always play snooker with a smile on your face...You never know when you'll pot your last ball.
