Do all the above for screw back shots but , put the object ball on the blue spot and the cue ball behind it and learn that way ,its easier .

Highbreak, are you refering to the method of potting the blue to a middle pocket and screwing the white back towards ( or into ) the other middle pocket? Because this has a very serious draw-back (no pun intended) in that the player must pull up to get out of the way of the cue-ball as it screws back. Hendry dislikes this drill, and so do I, because it enourages a hurried, unfinished follow-through.

It's better to put the blue on it's spot, the cue-ball on the baulk-line for a full ball pot to a top pocket, and screw back to baulk. You can focus on really getting through the white this way. This is what Hendry suggests in his book.

Whats the name of hendry's book? is there any way to download an ebook of it?

Hendry's book is called Snooker Masterclass, I stole my copy from the library. I don't think it's in print anymore. Jimmy White has a book with the same title, which is much better in that it is more detailed, has better diagrams, and contains more advanced information. Hendry's book is more focused on the basics, though it is very well written and easy to absorb.

The Jimmy White book is downloadable off of torrent sites, I'm not sure about the other one.
