Hi all play pool to a reasonably good standard and never really been interested in snooker since starting to play pool. Stopped playing snooker when i was 16 and used to knock in regular 30-60 breaks with a high of 74 everytime i went to practice.
Now i have just started playing again and can't do anything to improve my game (only had a couple of hours twice in 6 years). My best break since starting to play is 41 and i know the table is really tight (titan sommat or other with steel block cushions).
I just wondered if it was worth getting a coach for an hour to give me a few pointers, but feel that my technique is fine just my concentration lets me down. Can coaches help with this, if so does anyone know any local to nottingham and even better ilkeston.
