Hello my name is Riley parsons I am 13 years old and I play at Riley's in cannock I have represented England at under 14 level and I'm currently the West Midlands and Staffordshire champion at under 14 level and I was wondering if any body could tell me a good place to practice as the tables in Riley's are full of RIPS !!!!

You're probably better off finding a private club, search around your postcode via Google.

Thanks for that but I've tried ever private club in my area and the won't let kids in there

The Epsom club used to allow a young guy (13 yrs) to play/practice there specifically because he was playing to a high standard, which you are. Have you tried asking your parents to make the request, and perhaps mention your standard of play and that you would be playing outside the hours their normal members are likely to be playing. Worth a shot.

Practice

Another one time good Riley's club closed down on Monday, this time, Cannock. No warning but to those who used it enevitable. How ironic that a junior member was, quite rightly, complaining about the conditions of the snooker tables 12 hrs before. Supreme pool tables immaculate though, funny that!

have you tried any of the Golf/Cricket or other sports clubs, sometimes they have tables in their clubhouses.
