I'm surprised that's allowed with health and safety nowadays, is it a private club? I think stilts would be a lot safer then again they might not be permitted to use in clubs either... Though starting him early could reap rewards in the future...

Very very impressive. How often does he practice? I would put money on the fact, if he can stay focussed and continue to play steadily, that he will turn pro one day because you can just see that he's an amazing natural talent.
