SNOOKER side Westbury A have one hand on the Cuestars Junior Section Team Challenge title.
Daniel Tallentire, Daniel Winfield, Thyas Evans and Jake White picked up their third tournament win of the season – at the home of their fierce rivals in Swindon.
A crucial 4-2 semi-final victory over ranking leaders Jesters A was enough to take Westbury top.
And a 4-2 win against the home club’s B side means the defending champions take a seven-point cushion into the sixth and final event at The Academy, Eastleigh, on Sunday, April 25, at 10.30am.
Jesters A went on to win the Plate and earned themselves a priceless extra five points.
However, there could be a major headache looming for Cuestars director John Hunter.
If Jesters A beat Westbury A in the final in Eastleigh, the two sides will finish the season on the same points.

QUARTER-FINALS (eight points): Westbury A beat Swindon Jesters D 5-1.
SEMI-FINALS (12 points): Westbury A beat Swindon Jesters A 4-2, Swindon Jesters B beat Swindon Jesters C 4-3.
