I played just a couple of weeks ago. It was my first tournament and first time at the club. The tables on the main floor generally aren’t great, worn fast cloths and super bouncy cushions, the balls are poor standard too, they have 3 or 4 match tables including Selby’s Star table. The standard is pretty decent I would say. I made it to the second round and really should have gone further but I think my lack of match experience hindered me slightly. Next time I’d hope to go a bit deeper so long as the draw is kind!
