Just wondering if somebody could give me some guidance please as I know very little about snooker so I am just on here for help. Found a snooker cue in it's own box in the attic of a house we recently bought. The cue is in 2 pieces (screws together). It has Connoisseur by Powerglide stamped on the end that you hold and then a printed signature further up on the shaft which is Rex Williams. Really just trying to find out if I should eBay it or take to the charity shop. Can't work out how to upload photo's. Thank you

Welcome to TSF
Being new you don't have full functionality, such as images
but you can use image sharing sites; such as below
How to add images to your TSF posts
You can use a free image-sharing site such as ImgBB, without registering (you can register for free), to upload your images, you may have to do the “not a robot” checks quickly. There are other image sharing sites as well.
ImgBB.com
Click on "Start Uploading"
Browse to the file and select it, click Open
Auto delete image - leave as "Don't autodelete".
Click "Upload".
Change "Embed Codes" to "BBCode full linked".
Hover over the code in the box, a "COPY" will appear, click this.
Go to your TSF post and paste.
You can repeat for multiple images in a single post.
To answer your question, some people do like PowerGlide cues and especially the Connoisseur model.
The Rex Williams signature is because (IIRC) PowerGlide was him and his brother's company)
2pc wont help but that was the fashion back then.
On ebay they have been sold from approx. GBP70 to over GBP100
so if you are that way inclined - go for it
But not before you add some photos - we love photos on TSFUp the TSF! :snooker:

It’s not worth very much but if you can be bothered with the hassle I would e-bay it in the hope it went to a good home. It’s not an exact match to one Stephen Hendry played with but in the words they use in the art world you could say “In the style of a Stephen Hendry cue”.
PS. It’s probably 1980’s vintage.
