Tom Newman Signature

Hi,
So being honest I have no idea about Snooker or Billards but I collect small antiques. Ages ago I purchased a book/album from the 20/30s its full of poems and sketches and it was posted around the UK like an early version of facebook. I found it fascinating. On one page it was signed Tom Newman champion 1926 so I googled it and here I am. Are such items collectable to people interested in the sport?

Many old autographs pop up on ebay often, have a look there and maybe also click "Completed Items" to see what things go for.

Hi, sorry I don't have a clue what it's worth but could you put up a picture of it as if it's a reasonable price I wouldn't mind framing it for the wall in our snooker shed. Have you had it authenticated?

Hi,
It hasn’t been authenticated but its in a book containing loads of handwritten notes from the 20/30’s.
it’s written in blue fountain pen on a sugar paper type of paper approx 9x5 inches. I can email a photo if interested but i can’t attach it here.

I am not sure that in a random book it would have much value.
