Hi.

Just wondering if anyone is local, in our around the Hull area, and has experience with re tipping cues to a decent standard, no local shops that I know of that offer re tipping service.

Have you tried any clubs? usually they have at least one person who can retip - "decent standard" is the worrying bit

Not at the minute, I know players who I play woth re tip their own, but I wouldn't say at a standard to what I am looking for, I've just started playing again after been out the game roughly 15 years, not many clubs bow like they used to be, a few clubs even have multiple teams.
