I'm from Limburg. Region Tessenderlo. Starting playing again after 2 decades If I'm correct ,you have bought a table from Jimmy Long. Do you know him? I was Runner-up Belgium champion Doubles with him in 1989 ... Long time ago

I've practiced for 2 hours with the cue.. Hard to picking up the game after all those years... Cue-action, angles ,position cue and feet. Much to think about.. Those 2 hours ,I was just potting balls in a Line-up. I'm starting picking up ,but sometimes I miss the stupidest shots. Middle-pocket potting with an angle is an issue... But hey ,it will come back, but will take time

About the cue: in my first career I've had a Peradon cue... Now the Maximus. According the advice by Greenbaize ,I'm very pleased with the cue.. I think,it's feeling stiffer then the Peradon... I'm now getting used to it.... It will take time to get a long with the cue... sometimes he does things that I don't like........... but I think it's the guy behind the cue It's a keeper and many thanks to Greenbaize for the excellent service...

Cool, i have been your side a few times this year (Mol Aartselaar & Zonhoven).
I didn't get my table directly from jimmy, he got it sometime early-mid nineties and put it in his club 'Octopussy' in Oostkamp, then he sold it to the guy i got it from now.

Ah ok, I remember he had a club there.. When he arrived in Belgium,he played at my local club. Learned much from him, but I have less talent Maybe ,I'm playing a 60+ tournament in Brugge next month when my play is getting better..

Yep it all takes a bit of time, try to just enjoy it otherwise it can become extremely frustrating. Once your practice gets better remember it's not likely you will play the same standard in a game/match (no one does) 😉
